WEDDING EXPERIENCE
The Lucalia Photography wedding experience is comprised of nine simple steps.
1. REVIEW THE WEDDING PRICE LIST
Wedding photography starts at $1200 with an average of $2200.
I am more than happy to create a personalised quote.

2. CONTRACT AND BOOKING FEE
To confirm me as your wedding photographer, sign your contract online and pay your non-refundable booking fee. Booking fees are 30% of the total and are due within two weeks of invoice date.
3. WEDDING INFO QUESTIONNAIRE
Complete details of your wedding so I can learn what is important to you; and be in the right place at the right time. Due two weeks prior to your wedding.
4. BALANCE DUE
The balance of your package is due two weeks prior to your wedding.
5. WEDDING DAY!
I document your wedding day!
6. SNEAK PEEK
Up to 10 images shared via social media, within 3 days
7. FULL GALLERY ONLINE
All edited digital images delivered via private online gallery within 8 weeks (low resolution).
8. ORDER PRINTED PRODUCTS
Order your printed photos for your wall; or wedding album.
9. WEDDING PHOTOS ON USB
You will receive all you edited digital images delivered via USB 8 weeks+ after your wedding (high and low resolution versions; colour and black and white).
PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE
The Lucalia Photography portrait experience is comprised of five simple steps.
1. REVIEW PORTRAIT PACKAGES
Prices are in two parts: a session fee and package. Session fees cover my time, equipment, knowledge, experience and petrol to take your photos.
Packages start at $1295 with an average of $2495.

2. BOOK AND PAY YOUR SESSION FEE
To book your session choose a time from my calendar. Your booking confirmation email will include bank transfer details for your payment.
3. TAKE YOUR PHOTOS
We spend time documenting your natural love for each other at home or outdoors. I document events you would normally do on that day, even if I weren't there. For example:
- Family lunch
- Walk in the park
- Tramping
- Saturday sports games
- Day at the beach or batch
- Stories before bedtime
4. VIEW AND ORDER APPOINTMENT
See your photos for the first time via a Zoom View and Order Appointment around three weeks after your session. Confirm or upgrade your package, choose your photos, and I send an invoice for payment via bank transfer.
5. PHOTO DELIVERY
Products are delivered to your door following receipt of payment. Edited digital images are delivered via download from a private online gallery.
